Since that time, her years of service have made significant contributions to the firm and its clients. Patricia A. Bave, as part of a subcommittee of the Guardianship Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association is drafting proposed legislation relating to protective orders in Guardianship proceedings.
